First Sentier, Palisade win Macarthur Wind Farm auction

First Sentier Investors is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire a 50% interest in Macarthur Wind Farm. The investment will be made via our portfolio company, Atmos Renewables, who will own a look-through interest of 24.9%, with co-shareholders Palisade Investment Partners holding the remaining 25.1%.
Danny Latham, Partner and Co-head of Australia and New Zealand, Unlisted Infrastructure Investments, said, “We are pleased to acquire an interest in Macarthur Windfarm as a follow-on investment for Atmos Renewables. This acquisition delivers on our objective to grow our renewable energy footprint via high quality de-risked assets, which add scale and diversification benefits to the Atmos portfolio.”
