The local communities of Coonooer Bridge & Yeungroon have benefited from the 2017 Coonooer Bridge Wind Farm community grants program

The ninth and final 3.45MW turbine was successful completed over the week end with the rotor lift. The project will now undergo approximately six weeks of testing and commissioning before being placed in full production in early December.

Kiata, Victoria, 21 March 2017: Victoria’s Renewable Energy Advocate Mr Simon Corbell today turned the first sod for construction of Kiata Wind Farm, at an on-site ceremony attended by landowners, investors and members of the local community.
