Senior Leadership
Nigel is the Chief Executive Officer of Atmos Renewables, responsible for the overall executive leadership and operations of the business.
Nigel has worked in the renewable energy sector since 2001, holding senior executive and leadership roles at Pacific Hydro and Tilt Renewables prior to joining Atmos Renewables, bringing extensive experience in all aspects of the renewable energy value chain, both in Australia and internationally. Nigel is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Nick is the CFO of Atmos Renewables, responsible for all areas of finance including financial reporting, corporate finance, treasury, taxation and capital management.
Nick has over 20 years’ of experience in senior finance leadership positions within multinational, listed and unlisted business spanning renewable generation, electricity retail and commercial real estate. Nick is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Allison is the General Manager of Development for Atmos Renewables, responsible for the oversight of origination, development and construction of projects.
Allison has worked in the renewable energy sector since 2010, specialising in building and managing a team to develop a portfolio of projects from site identification to financial close, business strategy and policy advocacy. Allison was awarded the CEC Women in Renewables Award in 2019 in recognition of her contributions to the industry, serves as Chair of the CEC Solar Directorate and sits on the MyNetZero Advisory Board.
Jason is the General Manager of Operations for Atmos Renewables, responsible for the oversight of operations of the business.
Jason has worked in renewable infrastructure operations and investment since 2003, undertaking roles across the value chain, from technical and operational roles at Vestas, to portfolio management for Greencoat Capital. Jason is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Board of Directors
David is the non-executive and independent Chair of Atmos Renewables. David has over 30 years’ experience and has served on the boards of listed companies, unlisted joint ventures, Government-Owned Corporations and not-for-profit enterprises in Australia and internationally, including in energy utilities, transportation and industrial sectors.
David was the former CEO of DUET Group, a listed energy and utilities company, and has held board and advisory roles across a range of companies including Endeavour Energy, Power and Water Corporation, Atlas Arteria Group, Iris Energy, Keolis Downer and GHD.
Mary is an independent and non-executive director of Atmos Renewables. Mary has over 30 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry and is a non-executive director on a number of Boards. She worked for the Macquarie Group for more than two decades, including seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Bank, from 2014 – 2021. Prior to this Mary had an established investment banking career and was particularly focused on the energy and health sectors.
Mary is currently a member of the Board of Guardians of the Future Fund, Director of the Asylum Seekers Centre, Deputy Chair of the Sisters of Charity Foundation, and Chair of The Hunger Project Australia. She is also a member of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation’s (CEFC) Rewiring the Nation Investment Advisory Committee.
Mike is an independent non-executive director of Atmos Renewables. Mike has worked in investment management and finance since 1999 focusing on sustainable energy since 2004. In 2009 Mike founded European renewable fund manager, Bluefield Partners LLP, where he was a Managing Partner until 2020, leading the IPO, deployment and management of the first London Stock Exchange listed solar fund (BSIF.L). In 2017 Mike established Blueshore, one of Australia’s leading renewable energy asset managers, which he led as Managing Director until its acquisition by RES in 2022.
Mike is actively involved across the Australian renewable energy industry through a number of personal and business interests and brings extensive directorship experience.
Daniel is a non-executive director of Atmos Renewables and representative of the shareholders on the Board. Daniel has been working in Australian and international energy and infrastructure since 2004. He is currently Head of Asset Management (Australia and NZ) at Igneo Infrastructure Partners and serves on the Board of a number of energy and infrastructure portfolio companies. Daniel is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Rene is a non-executive director of Atmos Renewables and representative of the shareholders on the Board.
Rene has worked in Infrastructure investment management since 2010. He is currently Director at Igneo Infrastructure Partners. Rene has served on the Board of a number of energy and infrastructure portfolio companies in Australia and Europe. Rene is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
